The RJ Moeller Show: Arthur Brooks

When I think of Arthur Brooks, the president of the American Enterprise Institute, there’s one particular quote that comes to mind.

“Sometimes, there’s a man, well, he’s the man for his time and place. He fits right in there.” The Big Lebowski

His intellectual prescriptions for what ails our economy and culture are just what the doctor ordered, and we were honored to have him join us for a lively interview this week on The R.J. Moeller Show. We chatted about his books (Gross National HappinessWho Really Cares? and The Battle); the problem with public sector unions; and our mutual beard-growing initiatives.

But prior to my conversation with Dr. Brooks, and to kick off Part 1, our news-guy Matt and I discussed Chris Christie and Rob Bell with Values & Capitalism project manager Eric Teetsel.
