Dr. Baker serves as dean of instruction and associate professor of political science at Union University. Baker holds a bachelor’s of science in economics and political science from Florida State University, a master’s of public administration from the University of Georgia, a J.D. from the University of Houston, and a PhD in religion, politics and society from Baylor University. He served as president of the Florida State University chapter of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as an undergraduate.
