The RJ Moeller Show: Samuel Gregg

Samuel GreggOur first guest this week on The RJ Moeller Show is Dr. Samuel Gregg. Dr. Gregg is director of research at the Acton Institute. He has written and spoken extensively on questions of political economy, economic history, ethics in finance and natural law theory. He has an MA in political philosophy from the University of Melbourne, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in moral philosophy and political economy from the University of Oxford. We welcome Sam to the show in order to talk about his phenomenal new book, “Becoming Europe: Economic Decline, Culture and How America Can Avoid a European Future,” and he has plenty of wonderful insights for us regarding the drift toward becoming a “social democracy” we’re currently experiencing.  Make sure you’re following him on Twitter at @DrSamuelGregg. In the second and final segment, RJ and The Gang (minus Joe) discuss the economic lessons of Arrested Development, what the GOP can do to begin to reclaim the moral high ground on issues relating to free enterprise, and what it means to “Te’o” someone.
