In a public square increasingly riven by tribalism, identity politics, and polarization, how can Christians wisely and faithfully engage? On August 13, 2021, in partnership with The Trinity Forum and The Center for Public Justice, we hosted a discussion with renowned scholars Mark Labberton, Claude Alexander, and Walter Kim on “Public Faith in Polarized Times.” With diverse experiences leading the church during challenging cultural moments, the panelists discussed the public witness of the church during times of political polarization and the civic implications of the biblical injunction to seek justice and love one’s neighbor.
