Jeff Pickering is the director of AEI’s Initiative on Faith & Public Life. Jeff moved to Washington to work for Russell Moore at the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, where he led public policy communications, directed the internship program, and hosted the weekly Capitol Conversations podcast. Jeff previously worked in both local church ministry and government affairs in his home state of Texas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Chelsea, have a son and daughter.
