Since starting in 2006, Chris Horst has served in a variety of roles at HOPE. With a passion for advancing initiatives at the intersection of entrepreneurship and the Gospel, Chris joined HOPE’s development team in 2008 as Regional Representative for the western U.S. His dedication to HOPE’s mission and skillful leadership led to his promotion first to Director of Advancement in 2011 and then Director of Development in 2012. In addition to his role at HOPE, Chris serves as president of the Colorado Microfinance Alliance and is on the advisory council for the Denver Faith & Justice Conference and the Q Cities: Denver event. He is currently writing a book with HOPE’s president, Peter Greer, called “Mission Drift,” scheduled for release in 2014 through Baker Publishing Group. Chris received his B.S. in business management from Taylor University in Indiana and his MBA at Bakke Graduate University.
