Joel Montgomery has worked in 31 countries, lived in five, and speaks three languages. With a career straddling the private and social sectors, Joel has experience working with large Fortune 100 companies and small startups. Joel has a unique entrepreneurial background that combines experience working with high-impact, social and kingdom entrepreneurs. He has worked with industry leaders in both impact investing (Acumen) and high-impact entrepreneurship (Endeavor Global). Most recently, Joel has combined his passion for entrepreneurship with his faith in the Secret Sauce Project, which aims to build a blueprint for running scalable, values-based companies.
